Issue: JVM Royalty module is not enabled.
No file can be backed up.
Problem description
When a scheduled backup is performed on a Mac OS X system, the following warning message is received in the backup report:

Note:
This issue will only affect scheduled backup jobs with newly installed iVaultOBM / ACB instances on Mac OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion) or later with Java 8 or above.
This issue will not affect iVaultOBM / ACB clients that are auto-upgraded, or manually patched to version 6.27.0.0.
Cause
This is a known issue with iVaultOBM and iVaultACB version 6.27.0.0.
Resolution
To resolve the issue, patch the iVaultOBM / iVaultACB application with the following steps:
- Download the hotfix patch set here
- Shutdown the backup scheduler by running the following command in Terminal:
# sudo /Applications/iVaultOBM/bin/StopScheduler.sh
- Install the patch set / hotfix files by expanding the archive obc-mac-hotfix-tms11803.zip downloaded to /Applications/iVaultOBM.
- Restart the computer
